I’m a yoga teacher based in Mumbai, India. My yoga teaching style incorporates elements from different yoga forms that I’ve trained in - Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa yoga. I’ve completed my teacher training courses from The Yoga Institute - Mumbai, Ashtanga Yoga Mysore - Mysore, Shanti Yoga Training School - New Orleans.
My classes are a combination of strength & mobility drills with a strong emphasis on body, mind & breath awareness.
My future plans include learning other forms of strength and movement to give my students a more holistic approach on health and wellness.
